Objective:
I can create an organized and thoughtful presentation to explore characteristics of a specific genre and analyze images and texts for those characteristics, as well as explain how they relate to our world as a whole (RL 10, W 4, 5, & 6)
Entry Task:
As you come into class grab your notebook and prepare to play a round of Blooket to prepare for our upcoming vocabulary test.
What’s Going On:
Today is yours to work on your Exploring Genres & Humanity Presentation. Reference the rubric and slideshow notes often to make sure you are completing your best work.
As you are working, please also take a moment to be sure you have signed up for the order you would like to give your 30-second speech. We will do most of these Thursday and reserve Friday for make-up speeches.

Find a good pausing point for the day and use the rubric to check in and see what you need to focus on tomorrow.
